Yesterday I woke up and realized na nasa Planet
of the Apes pala ako.
You cannot deny that the human creature is a
highly evolved ape or monkey, with a big brain and beautiful hands and
feet. We are amazing animals that can do amazing things. Hayop na
hayop.
Now, look at the cities we have built.
Millions of monkeys, each one with irrational ideas about the self and the
universe, brainwashing each other with silly talk. It's insane! We
remember so many things from our past, and because we do, we think our own
little history is precious and means something. Akala ng mga tao, may
sarili silang buhay.
I have been a fool. Gusto ko lang malaman
ang katotohanan. Nagsimula ako sa kadiyosdiyosan. Tapos nag ateo
ako. Tapos nag pilosopo ako. Tuloy na sira ang ulo ko. I've
been barking up the wrong tree, searching for the truth in the world of
ideas. Kalokohan ito. I should have been looking for the truth in
the world of substance, in material reality.

have learned: God made us plain and simple, but we have made ourselves very
complicated.
My whole life, all my ideas, all that I
have done, all that I have felt... it has been nothing more than the
foolish reverie of a lucky monkey. Akala ko, may worth at direction and
lahat ng ginagawa ko. Ang tanga ko! At hindi lang yon, ang yabang ko
pa. Kalokohan lang pala lahat.
The Planet of the Apes is this ship of fools
going round and round in space. Everybody knows this, but few understand
