Unless may nagtatago ng backups or at least logs ang POP3 server niyo ay hindi natin malalaman kung may natanggap ka ngang mail galing kay Lagoon. Of course, this assumes na maka-crack ko yung root password ng server. So basically, wala akong way malaman sneakily kung may mail ka nga. Sa tingin ko ang simplest way is to simply ask Lagoon. If it is too awkward right now, I can do it for you. Sabihin mo lang.
About the TSR stuff, it is nice to know that Wizards of the Coast is keeping TSR as it was. I don't quite understand why you are a bit embarassed to say this. But I don't see any changes in the way they are promoting their new stuff.
To tell you the truth, we do keep up regularly with TSR's product releases and Baryon and I have already made 1998 purchase plans last December. The Arcane Age campaign setting is not something we want to get into right now. It details ancient Faerun when Cormanthyr (whose capital was Myth Drannor) and the other great empires flourished. We cannot logically insert it into our present campaign unless we go time travelling 1000 years or so to the past. The surprising TSR product release is the continued support for Greyhawk which TSR originally decided to terminate. Otherwise everything looks typical TSR of the past.
We are currently planning on buying by mail order (we cannot find any traditional RPG stores in Japan) the Players Option Spells and Magic Book, the Demihuman Deities book, the mind flayer series of Monstrous Arcana modules (the sahuagin series is out and the beholder series should be out this month), and of course, the Realms campaign expansion updates. We also plan or ordering the old item Kara-Tur trail map. The Odyssey series is for unclassifiable modules which are not exactly generic. These may include Al-Qadim, Spelljammer, etc. A new version of Darksun is also in the works.
Alternity, as I understand it, is a fast-play generic role playing game system which can be used for any type of campaign. A downloadable set of Alternity rules is available but I haven't really looked at it. There will also be a module called "A Paladin in Hell" which sparked some debate in rec.games.frp.dnd about why TSR is bringing back the label demons and devils which the original TSR removed.
Anyway, don't worry about AD&D as we will always be patronizing it no matter what. Is your Planescape game still on the agenda by the way?
Thanks for writing. Please do update us whenever you can.
