Dune II : The Building of a Dynasty

Mobile Construction YardI was able to accomplish everything I had planned for last Friday. The first session with my psychiatrist was as I had expected... questions about my family, my friends and my relationships, what I think my talents and strengths are, and other standard counselor-type inquiries. The check-up with the orthodontist was as normal as it could be as well, except for that new assistant my orthodontist hired. I found her presence obtrusive. Maybe because she was not a familiar face, and she was eating candy or gum. Candy? In a dental/orthodontics clinic?

Death HandThe gig at Tia Maria's was big fun. The only problem was that I couldn't hear what the other guys were playing, and could hardly hear myself. All I could hear was the din of the crowd. Thank you Vector and Hector for showing up and seeing us again. Vince and Jet were there, too. After Watership played we were in some sort of a hurry to get out of there. The band that followed us catered to a different audience. Vince, Jet, and I ended up at Jet's house for a few more drinks (and then some), to listen to some Jane's Addiction, and to watch scenes from French films Blue and White.

OrnithopterSaturday was detox day. I rested from Friday night's partying, played some GP2, and watched The Qualifier. Sunday was pretty much the same, Cape Fear exile, GP2, and Race Day. Sunday night my Papa arrived from Mongolia. He had a brief stop at Hong Kong but did not buy a lot of pirated software. The bulk of his purchases were VCD's. The only useable software I got was C&C Red Alert : The Aftermath, the expansion pack for Red Alert, and Total Annihilation, another strategy game I am not familiar with at all. I don't even know if it is turn-based or real-time. And there are no new PSX software

SandwormWhat? No replies? I'll do my responses next CNN. I might go to the College later this afternoon so I can begin reading my new book, Unforgettable Fire.
